The Challenge
To develop a creative platform that could support FSB as they scaled up their marketing for their training and networking events.
Our Solution
Hearing it from the horse’s mouth, so to speak, provided a warm, trustworthy way in. In this case, we took small business owners’ quotes from 5 star Trustpilot reviews. We used a range of diverse images to make sure every communication was inclusive, approachable and realistic.
The Results
FSB was positioned as less of an organisation, and more of a sum of its members, putting them at the very core. Audiences were tempted by the thought that their aspirations would be met and they would: ‘feel the FSB effect’.
