The Challenge
After several years of widespread support, donations were waning for Help the Heroes. Our task was to re-engage the public with their work – and make an ongoing commitment.
Our Solution
We developed messaging that reaffirmed the relationship between members of the public, and those in the military. In a nutshell: the armed forces made a promise to be there for us, now we need to be there for them. We called this new regular-giving product the ‘Heroes Promise’ and at its heart was a pledge to care for each soldier who made a promise to us.
The Results
A powerful fundraising product that made supporters feel as if they were standing shoulder to shoulder with soldiers in need – and motivated them to give regularly.
