The Challenge
Oakhouse Foods deliver home-cooked, frozen meals to your door with quality and choice at their core. Our brief? To help them stand well away from their golden audience’s perception of ‘meals on wheels’. Instead, we needed to help viewers see how Oakhouse could help them live life to the full, whilst eating tasty, nutritious meals at the same time.

The Solution
With over 300 meals on their menu, choosing Oakhouse Foods is choosing to try new things. So, we cooked up a concept that saw a lady trying new cuisines, and seemingly getting whisked around the world with each dish. All from the comfort of her dining table.

Production
Once our creative team had the concept sorted, we teamed up with award-winning production company Skylark to bring the whole thing to life.

To complement our script, we worked closely with Skylark to skillfully balance light, sound design and music, giving the effect of visiting new destinations, without our lead character ever leaving the room.

We served our happy client a DRTV advert that looked stylish, and moved away from focusing purely on their delivery service. A feast of aspiration and choice.
