A life-saving cash appeal for an extreme winter.

The Challenge
Shelter is a basic human right. But by the end of 2022, thousands of people in Ukraine had lost their homes, or were returning to bombed-out buildings with no power or heat. Our challenge: create an urgent-feeling winter appeal that would help Shelterbox get more tents, tools and materials to the people of Ukraine. And help families survive the winter.

Our Solution
We used powerful stories and photography from ShelterBox’s teams on the ground to capture the immediate need. These were supported by clever use of the brand’s cool blue to dramatise the extreme cold ahead, plus art direction that really let the charity’s innovative solutions (everything from solar lamps to thermal blankets) shine.

The Results
Life-changing tools and aid for families in crisis, helping them create safe shelter and survive the freezing cold.
